Association Managers

Association Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management and onsite operations at each of our properties. Working directly with members of our Senior Management Team, Association Managers serve as the primary contact for board members and homowners, manage onsite employees and contractors, and assist our Association Boards in managing, budgets, meetings, and communications. Gittleman maintains a waiting list of pre-screened applicants and will contact candidates from the waiting list when an opening occurs.

Resident Managers

Live and work at a Gittleman property

As a Resident Manager, you can live and work at one of Gittleman's more than 200 properties. You'll provide onsite property supervision and light maintenance work in exchange for living credits. Gittleman maintains a waiting list of pre-screened applicants and will contact candidates from the waiting list when an opening occurs.
