Executive Management Team
At Gittleman, every client association has both a primary Association Manager serving the account and a supervising Senior Account Executive providing support and assistance. Our Senior Management team consists of Melvin Gittleman, Andrew Gittleman, Mark Gittleman, Tammy Johnson, and Mike Cleary. Together they represent over 125 years of community association management experience. Each has a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer our Association Managers and clients. All members of the Senior Account Management team have successfully managed a full range of small and large scale improvements, including the redesign of interior and exterior common spaces, mechanical system upgrades, landscape and site upgrades, water proofing, re-roofing, and building facade repair.
All of our senior managers have extensive experience bringing together stakeholders and strategic partners so that every project meets Gittleman's high standards and provides long-term value for our client associations. A Senior Account Executive's level of involvement varies by account and changes over time depending on the nature and complexity of the projects and issues before the association.
