Mark Gittleman, President, CMCA

Mark Gittleman has corporate oversight responsibilities for key divisions of Gittleman Management and also supervises a subset of the Company’s condominium association portfolio. Mark is a licensed real estate agent, a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), and has a B.A. from the University of Michigan in Political Science. He is a past President of the Community Association Institute of Minnesota (CAI-MN), served on its Board of Directors from 2007-2010, and continues to serve on its Education Committee. Mark is a frequent presenter and moderator at educational seminars on real estate and community association management.

Prior to joining the Company in 1995, Mark worked in Washington, D.C. on education policy issues for ten years and held legislative and public policy positions with the U.S. House of Representatives, The American Society for Training and Development, and the Council of Chief State School Officers.

Mark is currently on the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Barry Family Campus, a non profit agency that manages the real estate asset home to three primary service agencies of the Minneapolis Jewish community.
