Melvin Gittleman, Founder

Company founder Melvin Gittleman (July 10, 1929 – March 3, 2013) had over 50 years of experience in real estate development, construction, real estate law, and community association management. He began his real estate career as a developer of high-quality apartments and condominiums throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Without exception, these buildings have retained their outstanding reputation and market value as they have matured. These communities became the management company’s first clients and most remain in the Company’s management portfolio 25 years later.
