Mike Cleary, Vice President, Community Management, PCAM

Mike Cleary is responsible for supervising the Company’s portfolio of suburban town home and many of its suburban condominium properties. A licensed real estate broker with a degree from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, Mike brings over 25 years of experience to the Gittleman team, including an in-depth knowledge of management issues specific to suburban town home and condominium communities.

Mike is a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and also holds his Association Manager Specialist designation (AMS).

Since joining the firm in 1995, Mike has played a central role in recruiting, training, and supervising a large cross section of Gittleman’s suburban Association Manager team. Mike has extensive experience and proven leadership handling complicated issues related to insurance claims, governance, capital replacements, and service contracts.
