Tammy Johnson, Controller, CPA, MBA

Tammy Johnson joined the firm in 2011 and oversees accounting, collections, HR and administration services for Gittleman and their managed properties. With over 13 years of accounting and management experience, Tammy brings a diverse background of financial reporting, departmental efficiencies, audit/tax compliance and leadership.

Prior to joining Gittleman Management Corporation, Tammy was with American Dental Partners, a large multi-state dental management company. As a Regional Controller, she managed the financial reporting for their Minnesota affiliates. She was actively involved in operations, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and system conversions. Her prior experience includes various property management accounting and financial analyst positions at Target Corporation and spent three years as an auditor and tax accountant at a local CPA firm.

Tammy provides leadership and guidance to her team members with a commitment to measurable performance, quality results, and customer service. She has an active CPA license and holds an MBA from Metropolitan State University and a BS from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.
