A Longer History

They say that experience is the best teacher—and when it comes to property management, we’d have to agree. We’ve been in the business since 1980, right about the time the condominium concept was born.
Today, Gittleman manages more than 200 community associations with 20,000 homes across the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs. Decades of experience have enabled the company to provide services other property management companies do not, including advice on sensitive community issues, full-time insurance management, and a complete staff of association workers for its properties.

Despite its growth, Gittleman has remained small enough to maintain the exceptional service that has been its hallmark since day one. The company hires great people and gives them manageable work loads—managers supervise an average of seven properties. We view service as a long-term endeavor, providing comprehensive training and guidance for each new property manager.
