Lisa Kvigne is responsible for monitoring the financial health of Gittleman-managed properties. With 15 years of public and private accounting experience, she brings a broad understanding of accounting practices and technologies to the Gittleman management team. Since joining the company in 2003, she has introduced technologies to improve financial reporting, streamline accounting procedures, and contain costs during a period of rapid growth. Her efforts have resulted in better service for Gittleman’s clients, providing timely reliable information that keeps our boards and associations running smoothly.
Improved technology also allows Lisa to spend more time on staff development, strategic planning, and client support. Her staff has more time to work directly with property managers, board members, homeowners, and banks. As a result, they can focus on solving problems and building the relationships that are central to Gittleman’s management philosophy.
