Community Association Industry Leadership

For nearly 30 years, Gittleman has provided leadership in community association management; pioneering many of the management practices that have become standards in the industry. This tradition continues with Gittleman Corporation's active role in the Minnesota Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI-MN), our industry trade association.

Mark Gittleman sat on the board of CAI-MN from 2007-2010 and served as President in 2009/2010. He continues to serve on the CAI-MN Education Committee and where he works to strengthen CAI's Professional Management Development Program (PMDP). The training and certification programs help ensure that a well-educated manager population is equipped to serve Minnesota's community associations and guide them through the many changes facing the industry.
