Peter Ralph (Director of Maintenance Services) oversees a growing team of technicians ranging from mid-level service personnel to highly trained and experienced mechanical maintenance technicians, licensed pipe fitters, and plumbers—many with an excess of twenty years experience in the field. Technicians carry a wide range of licenses including: Electrical master/journeyman, Plumbing masters/journeyman, Pool Operator, all classes of State Boiler Operator, Low Voltage and Controls Wiring, Universal Refrigeration, Journeyman Pipefitter, and Gas Service Technician.
Peter has nearly 30 years experience in commercial and residential HVAC design, installation and service—20 years in the UK and 10 in the US with Gittleman Management. Peter worked as a Design Engineer and Projects Manager in London, England and has worked on Government, Department of Defense, private, commercial, and community association projects.
Work performed by Gittleman Management Maintenance Services includes projects for both individual homeowners and associations, including:
- Fan coil and heat pump servicing within owner occupied units
- Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC diagnosis, repair, installation, and replacement
- Preventive maintenance
- Plumbing, electrical installation, and re-modeling
- Boiler license posting, log testing, and state licensed inspection
- Building Mechanical systems analysis (efficiency, investigation,
vendor selection, and management) - General mechanical systems investigation and problem solving
- Pool and spa operator licensing, testing, and maintenance
