Gittleman Industry Leadership and the Community Association Institute of Minnesota (CAI-MN)

For nearly 30 years, Gittleman has provided leadership within our industry; pioneering many of the management practices that have become industry standards in community association management. This tradition continues as Mark Gittleman serves as President of the Minnesota Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI-MN), our industry trade association.

In 2010, CAI-MN will continue to strengthen its Professional Management Development Program (PMDP). CAI's training and certification help ensure that a well-educated manager population is equipped to serve Minnesota's community associations and guide association boards through the many changes pending throughout our industry. These include proposed changes in Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act (MCIOA) and regulatory changes at Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA, whose impact will be felt industry-wide.
